ニュースを報じる時の国際的なルール
①アナウンサーがニュースのさわりと、取材した記者の名前を紹介
②記者が自分の文章を自分の声で吹き変えたニュースを実施（ＢＧＭ、効果音一切なし）
③最後に記者が顔を出して自分の名前と放送局名（場合によっては所属部署も）を名乗る
これは世界のルール。たとえ嘘があっても責任の所在が明確だから
